Trash & Garbage Regulations

To maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our community, all homeowners must follow these trash and waste disposal guidelines as stated in the Bylaws for Stonehenge Reserve HOA.

Of note, we have a discounted rate through Good’s Disposal Service, but all members can choose their own service independently.

Storage & Visibility

  • All trash, garbage, and refuse must be placed in secure, enclosed containers.

  • Trash containers must be kept out of sight at all times, except for designated collection periods. Suggested locations include garages, sheds, etc.

Collection Schedule & Placement

  • Trash may be placed at the curb only within 24 hours of the scheduled collection (see below for links).

    • We recommend placement the night before collection, and removal from the curb by the night of collection.

  • After collection, containers should be returned to your designated storage area.

Prohibited Activities

  • Open or burning fires for waste disposal are strictly prohibited.

Violations

  • Homeowners found in violation of these rules will receive a written notice.

  • Continued violations are subject to HOA fines.
