About Stonehenge Reserve

Stonehenge Reserve is a decade old, planned community off of Fruitville Pike in Lititz, Pennsylvania that abuts a family horse farm. The amenities within the community include two entrances, a pond with two swans, well-lit and carefully maintained sidewalks, an easement for community gatherings, and a Homeowners Association with active committees. It borders Lancaster and East Petersburg, and, therefore, members of the community have easy access to all that the three towns have to offer in terms of shopping, restaurants, museums, green spaces, the arts, and more. Stonehenge Reserve is zoned for Manheim Township School District to include Bucher Elementary, Landis Run Intermediate, and Manheim Township Middle and High Schools. However, many secular and religious private schools are also available within reasonable distance. Families within the community range from single person households to multigenerational families with pets and everyone in between. Bylaws are available at time of home purchase, upon request to the Stonehenge Reserve Board of Directors, and for download from this website. Dues are paid twice a year directly to our contracted accounting firm. The community lives, works, plays, and grows together in our corner of Lititz.
