June HOA Community Mtg

Tuesday, June 11 at 7pm in the easement next to 669 Integrity, we had an HOA Community Meeting run by three current HOA Board members (Kirby, Soraya, and Frank).  

After introductions among all present, topics discussed were overviews of current financials, the new website, dues collection, member email directory, social and welcome committees, summer block parties, Food Truck Thursdays, Front Porch Fridays, and the architectural review process.  With over a quorum of in person and proxy voters present, we voted in Nitin as a new HOA Board member with a term of July 1, 2024-27.  The votes were 34-0-1 in favor.

We encouraged those present to ask their neighbors to email the HOA Board to be added to the email directory and to please attend these twice a year meetings or send in their proxy forms.

Meeting adjourned at about 8pm with more socializing afterward.
